PV Travels to BR Tonight for Dulles District Key Game

Ashburn (Jan. 11, 2008) – Park View High School travels to Broad Run tonight for a boys basketball game involving two of the teams tied for the AA Dulles Disrict lead and the Patriots won’t have the services of junior Kenny Smith, who underwent knee surgery Friday and is likely out for the season.

Smith re-injured the same knee that he had meniscus surgery on Sept. 14 during football season, according to Park View athletic director Joe Breinig, Jr.

The Patriots and Spartans are both 3-1.

On the girls side of the schedule, Broad Run (3-1) will look to bounce back from Tuesday’s loss at County with a tough game at Park View (3-1).
