(Feb. 6, 2008) – Broad Run (7-4), looking to hold onto a home playoff date in the quarterfinals of the district tournament, is just a half game ahead of Park View (6-4), a 55-40 winner over Dominion (1-10), and Briar Woods (6-4), a 50-38 winner over Heritage. (1-10).

The race on the boys side is much closer with Heritage (9-2) just a game ahead of PF (8-3), a 69-54 winner over Freedom (3-7), and two games in front of Park View (7-4), a 61-49 winner over Dominion Tuesday. It was the Titans (5-6) first loss since mid-January. LC (6-5) ran by Broad Run (5-6), 70-47.
