Sterling (Jan. 27, 2009) – Stone Bridge High School scored 130.350 Monday night to capture a gymnastics quad meet at Park View High School. Broad Run’s Brittany Crichton won the All-Around with a 33.3, edging out Stone Bridge’s Kelly McCabe, who scored 33.225.
Broad Run finished runner-up to the Bulldogs with 125.500 and Freedom was a strong third at 123.050 followed by the host Patriots at 92.200.
Brittany Zartman of Park View was third in the All-Around with a 31.95 followed by Broad Run’s Nikki Pyle (31.05), Freedom’s Shannon Landry (31.05) and Broad Run’s Crystal Noschese (30.975).
Stione Bridge’s Tori Severin won the vault with an 8.9 with Lilly Nguyen of Freedom second at 8.8. Severin also won the bars with a 8.625. McCabe won on the beam with an 8.45 and Stone Bridge’s Amy Fissmer won the floor with an 8.875.
