“Kristin is a three year starter on the Varsity Softball team at Park View and is this year’s Captain. She is a solid defensive player at second base and can hit with power. Her contributions to the team, however, go above and beyond her playing ability. She is the leader of a very young team and works hard at maintaining the harmony so important in team sports. She is a delightful person who loves the sport and plays every day to the utmost of her abilities. This past fall, she was the Captain of the Volleyball team at Park View. In her spare time, she maintains a high GPA while being active in the Spanish Club and serving as the team manager for the Boy’s Varsity Basketball Team. Her commitment to Park View High School is remarkable and she is very deserving of this award. “
